If you cancel your tour reservation at least 24 hours before it starts, you can get a full refund. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, arrive late, or miss the tour completely, you won't be eligible for a refund. We'll make every effort to reschedule your tour or offer alternative options if available, but keep in mind that this is subject to availability and potential price adjustments. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility if your selected travel insurance policy does not cover losses due to delays, cancellations, illness or medical expenses.
